Is it safe to pay on this site?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and thousands of other businesses. We never see or store your card number.

Why is it cheaper to book here than on AirBnB?

AirBnB charges guests a service fee of 10–14% on top of the nightly rate. When you book directly with us, that fee disappears entirely. Same property, same hosts, lower price.

When am I charged?

You are charged the full amount at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days before check-in for a full refund (minus a 3% payment processing fee). Cancel 7–13 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly subtotal. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Visit the "Manage My Booking" page, enter your booking reference and email, and you can cancel from there. You'll see the exact refund amount before confirming.

All of our properties are in Pittsburgh's North Side and Deutschtown neighborhoods — a short walk to Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, PPG Paints Arena, and downtown Pittsburgh.

Yes. Our properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. That said, they are urban apartments without childproofing. Families with young children are welcome but should plan accordingly.

Every property includes WiFi, either a fully stocked kitchen or a kitchenette, washer/dryer, linens and towels, toiletries, and climate control. Individual properties have additional amenities like copper cookware, espresso machines, or dedicated workspaces — check each listing for the full list.

The minimum stay varies by date — typically 2 nights for near-term bookings and up to 5 nights for dates further out. Shorter gaps between existing bookings may allow 1-night stays. The booking calendar shows the exact minimum for your selected dates.
